In our sessions, we don't try to "fix" you. We slow down, listen, and learn how to work with your body. Through guided conversations, nervous system support, and gentle mind-body practices, you'll be held in a space where nothing needs to be hidden or pushed away.

Each session builds gently on the last -- moving from connection and community, through body and emotion, toward identity, purpose, and a renewed sense of self.
Stories, community, and the meaning of hormonal change. Guided meditation and gentle creative reflection to open the journey together.
Physical symptoms, stress and hormones, and hypnosis for softening bodily discomfort. Learning to listen to what the body is communicating.
Mood changes and emotional sensitivity, with hypnosis for regulation and self-compassion. Finding steadiness within the waves.
Mindfulness, nutrition, and movement as supportive tools combined with somatic awareness practices -- listening to and responding to the body with greater care.
Exploring loss and renewal, and meeting inner wisdom -- the Wise Woman within -- through guided imagery and gentle energy-based meditation.
Reflecting on personal shifts, creating a personal vision and intentions for this new stage of life through guided imagery and group reflection.
A private WhatsApp group will be created for the duration of the program, where participants are welcome to support and encourage one another. Each week, Olga will share simple practices and tools to support integration between sessions.
Community matters. This program is designed not just as a series of sessions, but as an experience of belonging -- reminding each woman that she is not navigating this transition alone. The group connection often becomes one of the most meaningful parts of the journey.
Sessions are led by Olga George, Registered Psychotherapist and Certified Hypnotherapist. Invoices are provided for insurance reimbursement -- please check with your provider regarding group therapy coverage.
