You must be at least 18 years old to register for or participate in our retreats. By using this website, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Retreat Bookings & Payments
  • A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot. Remaining balances must be paid in full by the date specified during registration, unless a payment plan has been arranged.
  • Retreat fees are non-refundable due to the limited number of spaces and the nature of our work. 
  • Prices are subject to change.
3. Use of Website & Content
  • All content on this website (text, images, videos, graphics, logos, etc.) is the property of Veronica Mirzac Inc. and may not be copied, distributed, or used without permission.
  • You may use the website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
  • Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.
4. Health & Participation Disclaimer
  • Retreat activities may include movement, breathwork, meditation, and other practices. By registering, you acknowledge that you participate voluntarily and take full responsibility for your physical and mental wellbeing.
  • Our retreats and website content are for educational and wellness purposes only and do not replace medical, psychological, or therapeutic care. Please consult your healthcare provider before engaging in practices if you have health concerns.
5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veronica Mirzac Inc. is not liable for any injury, loss, or damages arising from:

  • Participation in retreat activities.
