These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the website operated by  Reconnect Retreats Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register for or participate in our retreats. By using this website, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Retreat Bookings & Payments
  • • A non-refundable program deposit is required to reserve your space in retreat programming. Remaining program balances must be paid in full by the date specified during registration, unless a payment plan has been arranged.
    • Accommodation is arranged and paid separately through our TICO-registered travel partner. Reconnect Retreats™ does not collect or hold participant funds for accommodation or other travel services.
    • Program fees are non-refundable due to the limited number of spaces and the nature of our work.
    • Prices are subject to change.
  • Accommodation bookings and payments are a separate transaction between the participant and the TICO-registered travel agency. Reconnect Retreats™ provides retreat programming only and does not confirm or guarantee accommodation availability.
3. Use of Website & Content
  • All content on this website (text, images, videos, graphics, logos, etc.) is the property of Reconnect Retreats Inc. and may not be copied, distributed, or used without permission.
  • You may use the website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
  • Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.
4. Health & Participation Disclaimer
  • Retreat activities may include movement, breathwork, meditation, somatic practices, and other wellness experiences. Participation is entirely voluntary, and by registering you accept full responsibility for your physical and mental wellbeing. Retreat content is offered for wellness and educational purposes only and is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or therapeutic care.
  • Our retreats are group programs shared with other participants. Reconnect Retreats Inc. is not responsible for the personal histories, backgrounds, or conduct of other attendees. By registering, you confirm that you have considered your own readiness and suitability for a shared group experience. If you have any questions before registering, we welcome you to contact us.
5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reconnect Retreats Inc. is not liable for any injury, loss, or damages arising from:

  • Use of this website.
  • Participation in retreat activities.
  • Third-party links, services, or platforms we may use (e.g., payment processors, travel arrangements).
  • Interactions with, conduct of, or prior relationships between participants attending the same retreat

You agree to release and hold harmless Reconnect Retreats Inc., its facilitators, and partners from any claims related to your participation.

6. Privacy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information.
